Rto Pratapgarh Uttar Pradesh — Learning Licence status Pending from 7 to 8 Days

Hello sir/mam,
I am Shailesh Kumar Ojha, I have applied for learning license of MCWG LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, I passed the test on 07/09/2023, while this document suggests that after passing my LL test I should be able to download LL certificate, It's still stuck on pending approval by licence authority. And from 7 to 8 days it still shown pending and many more. Please help me here.
