Rto Punjab — Didnt receive learners license, delayed by more than 3 months

I have applied for Drivers learning license on dated 26-july-2021 through parivahan portal. But from that onwards its showing status pending for printing of driving learner license. My driving licence is under RTO Derabassi (PB 70) Punjab authority.
Please look into this matter as my license is delayed from more than 3 months. My driving learner license application number is [protected].
