RTO Shopian Jammu and Kashmir — Printing of learning license is pending from long time...

Hello sir/mam,
I am Firdous Ahmad FIrdous, I have applied for learning license of LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO Shopian Jammu And Kashmir, I passed the test on 14/07/2025, Its been 14 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.
