Last year I moved from Mumbai to Kundli, Sonepat and got my 2 wheeler'r NOC and applied for re-registration at Sonepat RTO. but till now the RC is under printing. The message is being shown as "SMART CARD RC is pending for activation as application has been made for HR[protected]. because HSRP is pending.". What should I do?
