I was issued license in 2005 from RTO Kanpur City(UP78) since i needed to apply for renewal i had submit a request with application number[protected] for backlog entry. But even after submitting that request on 07 Mar 2021(application no. [protected]) my approval is still pending and this is the reason i am not able to apply for renewal. Please support.
