I utilized an online service to have my transcript sent directly to Wes and completed the payment on Feb 12th, 2023. Unfortunately, there is no way to track the status of my application on the RTU portal. Despite numerous attempts to contact the registrar via phone and email, I have not received any response. As the stated timeframe for document delivery has passed and this is an urgent matter, I am filing a complaint to inquire about the status of my application. I indicated the urgency on my application but have yet to receive any updates or documents from RTU. Was this information helpful? |
