Ruby Builders — Request for reduction in revised tax

Respected sir/madam,

Revision tax for flat CS2 ground floor in Ashok Manor, 6/38, Erikarai street, ward 47.
Tax assessment no: 009/047/901066

Owner name: Thirumalaikumar
Till date not done with file referance No. 64 even after sumitting proof document to commissioner office in the month of November 2022. Several visits were made to zonal 5 office and approached A1 clerk to Manager. Complaint was written in person in complaint book provision given in the zonal office. Staff were transfered frequently... No action was taken. We had paid excess tax for 2022 to 2023.

Kindly do the needful to reduce the tax as per my flat area 720 Sq. Ft instead of 1650 sq. Ft as per No. 009/10459 and GR. 2022/SPL009/141937.
