Dear samsung management
I have purchased an Galaxy A51 (6GB RAM) in June after one month the mobile was not working.i have shown my mobile to Samsung Service center in Vijaywada.Ruby Techno Services on the 12 of October they said it has Mother board/Processer problem we need to replace it.
i gave my mobile Galaxy A51 (6GB RAM) for Mother board/Processer replacement in ruby techno services, vijayawada, andhra pradesh, they said product is not available now it will take approximately 10 day's to come product from supplier and after 10 days i called and asked they said they need an 1 more week time Until till now more than 30 day's didn't get call from service center then i called and asked about my mobile work complete or not they again stock is not available it will take one more week iam still waiting.
