I am Balbir singh from Patiala Punjab; I have been cheated by Rudraksh consultancy.SCO-15-16, Top Floor, Phase-I Mohali, Pin-160055
In Aug 2022 I consulted, rudraksh group to apply my son’s Amaninder Singh visa for work permit for Canada.
At first, Ms. Jaspinder kaur attend us as their client in first meeting, and proceeded with the discussion about the case and eligibility of his profile after that Mr. Yuvraj singh explained everything and proceeded to payment steps. Firstly they said Rs- 30, 500/- for seat booking, after that Rs- 14, 45000/- sum for the company’s job security and application process, they also mention that the 75% of the sum will be refunded to you after you spend 3 months in Canadian company.
In Septmber 2022 we started the application process through Rudraksh group. They arranged the offer letter, after the seat booking and 14, 45000 /- sum and Agreement signing, within just 10 days. And guaranteed the visa within 90 days. But after that they started to delay the process and not giving the actual information. There is no actual file tracking system for it. And they wont provide you with any application no. for file track. There is no transparency in their system.
After that case was handed over to Mr. Hardeep singh. Started to take documents, such as bank statements, and other crucial data.
We visited the consultancy one day to ask about the filling process, and progress. And the staff wasn’t accepting this unappointed visit. And after that case was handed over to Mr. Mohit Sharma .
Since, then they started to delay process, about medical and other process. In july 2023 the medical date was given and after that they exempted the biometrics process and told us it be done on airport which is also known as POE and they called us in December for passport submission on 19 dec. and promised about visa in the end of jan . Now its feb 2024 no signs of visa yet. Nothing but false promises. They not refund my Money till Date and also providing all false document with attached this letter.The list Given all adviser and dealing with me through out fake documents. And I am going to take legal action and launch the FIR against below persons
