Me And Family, We Had Booked Flat In Runwal On 7 March 2020 Before Covid19, And Which Flat We Liked That Tower14 Was Not Registered In Maharera So The Sales Person Said, We Can Take Booking And Make Temporary Application File And When The Tower14 Will Be Registered Will Make The Original Application File And Will Issue A Letter Orelse If You Want To Cancel Booking We Will Give You Refund. After That Because Of Pandemic I Loss My Job So We Inform By Calling That We Want To Cancel Booking, That Time They Said You Will Get Refund In 2 Months And Then They Still Send Welcome Letter In July By Mail. I Again Contact Them And Even Send Them Email, Even That Time They Said You Will Get Refund Within 2 Months, After Two Months CRM (Abishek Varma) Stops Answering Call, Even I Went Personally 3 Times In Office He Didn't Show Up, Then I Asked Them To Give The Temporary Maded Application Form, In The Beginning They Dont Want To Give But After I Ask So Many People In there Office That Time They Gave Me Xerox Copy Of That Application Form In That Application Form They Did Tempered, Which Application Form I And My Mom Signed In March They Have Stamped The Registered No. Which They Got From Rera In Month Of July. I Contact The Support Runwal Team, They Apologize And Send Me Mail That My Refund Will Be Process In End Of February, And Now No One Answer From There End. Even they have break Maharera sect 3A, before registering they takes the booking. Please Help Me To Get My Money Back, It Will Be Great Help.
