Hi Tejas,
First of all I was misguided with false timeline, as mentioned in my first email and as per RERA guidelines you cannot hold the money if I have requested cancellation within 15 days
If you check my email I have requested cancellation on 15 Aug and ideally you should deduct your service charges and refund my money
Please let me know if you are on with this or else let me contact RERA department directly and get the confirmation
