[Resolved] Runwal Pearl — Wrongly asked to pay delayed payment charges

An utterly DISGUSTED and UNHAPPY customer writes this about Runwal.
They are charging me delayed payment charges because they claim that I made the payment to them after the stipulated period of 45 days. The entire delay right from the registration formalities to the handover of the NOC is because of issues at their end. infact, the NOC itself was handed over to me 50 days after the booking. They have even acknowledged the delay at their end but still insist I pay the delayed payment charges. If there are any such harressed customers of Runwal facing the same or similar issues, please get in touch with me. We can approach them as a GROUP and FIGHT IT OUT. Resolved after discussing with them. Had no option but to give into their terms as the possession of the flat depended on this payment
