Runwal gardens, dombivli, Maharashtra is the project of Runwal Residency Pvt. Ltd.
Runwal sent a demand letter of 5% of total amount on 08th Feb 2024 mentioning completion of external plaster etc.
As per milestone, I have to pay 5% of total amount on completion of external plaster etc.
The building is of 33 floors and I have booked flat on 7th floor. Builder is asking payment mentioning building slabs are completed till 9th floor along with external plaster (Which should not be correct). Runwal itsel[censored]ploaded photo of construction stage on 06 Feb 2024 where I don't see any external plaster.
In this regards, I have communicated with CRM on 10th Feb 2024 through mail for clarifications for points mentioned below:
1) “Completion of external plaster etc”, does it mean completion of external plaster etc up to 7th floor?
As a common sense, normal person would understand as it is plaster completion of whole building. And therefore in sequence of annexure K it is kept after completion of building floors. That’s what we understood from your sales person while booking the flat but it is different now (of course I can’t give you any proof because it was verbal explanation by sales person and we believed it).
2) As photograph attached on “Runwal Connect app”, no external plaster is observed. As per your construction technology, it is only external cemented wall. Are you not going to make any plaster on it?
As a reminder, I have sent mail to CRM on 11 & 12th Feb 2024 too. But still no reply received. And in case if I don't make payment as per time given by Runwal, they will charge me interest.
