We want a complete refund from Ruparel Realty Sky Greens project as we do not wish to go ahead with this project due to the financial crisis. Due to builders loan dues my CIBI is getting affected badly.
We were supposed to get possession in December 2021, however when I visited the site only the A & B wing was built up to the 9th floor and also without podium and amenities which was part of the project. When I talked about the C wing, it was entirely with SLUM and hutmen. when we were booking the flat we have been told that Ruparel will receive the permission within a week time in 2018 however Ruparel Realty is still struggling to get the said slum permission and whenever we call for enquiry we have been told that within or by next month we will receive permission, its their standard statement every time & whenever we called up.
They offered me the 3rd floor in B wing, but i refused as i do not want to continue with this project and it is not getting constructed as per the agreed structure. Entire Podium is missing and it seems they are constructing a standalone building.
Have emailed them to kindly cancel both my Flat and Loan agreement which is into subvention model.
in respond to my email they have send us legal notice stating that we are liable to pay 3744278/- which we had never used and DHFCL were disbursing loan even when there was no plint build up for C wing.
kindly help us out to move out of this mess.
