I have made a payment of 32, 344, 34 rs. on jan 17 towards a loan, the payment is credited to the company( as per my bank confirmation) but the company denied it and said it will be automatically refunded, today as of 27th of june 2023 i have not received the refund from rupeek, i have opened number of tickets but they didnt respond, now i am going to file a legal case against the company and payment gateway razorpay Was this information helpful? |
