I Have taken loan of Rs. 20, 000.00 from this company which is subjected to be paid in 2 emi's. Due to my financial hardship i was unable to pay any amount except nominal 1000rs of penalty. I kept on requesting them to give me some more time of 7 to 10 days for repayment. earliest i tried by failed to arrange any pay so i dont want to make a commitment which will fail again. but they are not listening however they are using abusing language and thereating me even threaten me of entering in my hosue and taking my assests and saling them. they even wrote to my employer senior mangment aand called my HR and said they will file police compaint against my employer who is not even subject of this loan. now my job is also at stake just because one collection executive of theirs behaving like a almost terorust in my life. if you could please help me in tis case
