I made the payment on 15/11/2019 and again there was an auto debit from my account on 16/11/2019 and the amount deducted has not been returned to my account even up till date 18/11/2019 and the customer service number given in the web page is not responsive

I have paid the loan amount but it is not updated yet they have charged 7000 rs for 18 days late payment ..even though i have paid with late payment but they are not yet confirmed my loan repayment

I had paid loan 5204 from my gpay account date 28/6/2021 then again you deducted from my account 28/6/21 ammount 5196
Same time you defected two times

Kindly return aur money I need on emergency
