Rupeeredee — Very high interest charges and extend charges for one month

I have a loan amt 11000/- and disbursed amt only 9000/- also repayment amt 11983/- showing my apps.i requested to rupeeradee team for part payment option or extend but charges extend amt-4500/- for 1month this is not acceptable and and interest charged 4800/- for one month
