I have taken a loan from rupee way app. 1 day before the due date, I received a message from a guy and said that he was from rupeeway and I should pay the loan immediately. He was talking just like threatening me. He also said that their app is complaint and he gave me a UPI ID and told me to pay the amount using the UPI ID. I enquired about this through the apps official contact mail ID. But required response was not received. Finally I paid through the UPI ID. But after 2 days from payment, loan was not yet closed and another person messaged me to pay the loan immediately. I showed them the entire details of my payment and chat details.
