I was just checking a eligibility was not applied for any amount still they re showing disbursing which will amount of rs 2000 no cancel option is given

I didn't applied for the loan
And there showing a loan amount 1200 and need to repay 2014 in 7days I sensed a mail to [protected]@outlook.com to cancel the loan but there are not doing and tell to repay full amount please help me out with this and in app it's showing disbursing from 3hours
