On 8th oct 2015 at 5.30pm i received fraud call says they are from axis bank and need card details as the card is due to expire they asked me the card detail which i gave to them also when i asked if they are fraud caller they told me we are sending the axis bank code number which they asked me to repeat on my mobile, at 9.30 pm there were 3 transaction my credit card which was done, the axis bank called me saying there were transaction on the card of 52, 000/- on hearing this i went to police station same time, as it was late 10:00 pm i could only was able to file the dispute transaction form with the bank, in the morning i submitted the complaint at 10:00 am with police station as well as cyber cell which i submitted to bank as well as with the transcation done to myntra and amazon.in, amazon said they have reverted the transcation and contact the financial bank, as bank takes 90 to 120 days for disputed to sove, we waited for 90 days but now bank says the traction as legal and i have to part with amount even after complaining axis bank with 24 hrs.
please help in this regard as now they are putting interest of Rs.8000/- with total amount of 60000/- please help in this regard. Was this information helpful? |
