We have booked the flat in April 2019 with Rustomjee Azziano, D - Wing 3605. We finalised it basis the sample/show flat shown at the time of booking and also we have been shown a actual flat in another wing of the same township to get an idea of rooms dimensions and interior fittings.
We were been only assist about the difference in rooms dimensions and we clarified the rest of fittings that were to be provided by the builder.
Our concern raised here is about the railing in the hall gallery which was seen in sample/show flat differs from the actual which has fitted in the flat at present.
The sample/show flat had an glass railing whereas now they have fitted an iron railing which looks shabby and unlike our choice.
We have been following up with the builder for last 3 months and post multiple calls and emails we were happen to speak to one of the board member in Rustomjee wherein he straight away denied that this was not promised neither was mentioned. The Builder also states that the show flat should not be considered...so my questions here is how do we take a call without getting an idea of the flat.
I strongly wanted to file a case against the builder for the false promise shown and delivered. As have paid an extra cost just have the pleasant view at 36th floor, but this iron railing will screw up the entire view as we desired.
We have clarified at the time of booking about the railing, bathroom fittings, AC's, kitchen parts and many other as part our flat cost.
This is clearly a misleading behavior and we wish to file a complaint against the Builder.
