We highly object to your complaint. A feedback and discussions are welcome. You are maligning our reputation by uploading fake complaints.
We have gone overboard and even did lot of extra work beyond the defined scope. The frequent changes has led to lot o[censored]nnecessary repeated effort. The team also had to face your rude behaviour. This is a clear case of getting the work done and then pressurizing to get money back since travel industry is in doldrums because of pandemic.
Please abstain from such complaints or we will be forced to take legal action against you.
Because you said that you welcome discussion and feedback and also tried to falsely alleged that it is a fake review, please find my below feedback which the RVS Management team is already aware of and also I have provided detailed evidence in email or telephonic conversation during the course of project(which is not yet complete) wherever applicable.
1. During the course of project, there were many Breach of Contracts done from Day 1. The team kept on giving new deadlines each time but they didnt kept to any promises.
2. It was observed twice during the course of the requirement phase, the discussed document was not saved post discussion and my review comments were deleted by RVS, resulting in the loss of valuable time and Information and also tracking difficult and repeated work . RVS Manager had accepted this
3. It was observed that after every payment of installment, post collecting the payment, you slow down/stop the work which would hamper the severely project plan due to some or other reasons as mentioned in the emails. On one of the telephonic conversation, RV manager informed me about the absence of Resource.
4. During the time of second installment you approved the requirement and collected payment for design phase and soon after few days to my surprise, I got a one to one email from RV Solution that the cost of project is suddenly increased to more that double . I had a very hard time while communicating this to you about it till a mutual understanding was reached but a lot of time and energy got wasted here too.
5. on an occasion, Despite the scope being mutually agreed, freezed and documented, RVS denied working on one portion of project ( RVS knows about it) and threatened to stop and actually stop the project and then again I had a very hard time communicating you about it and lot of time is wasted for the already agreed requirement . After which a new manager is assigned and the scope is included after lot of hassles.
6.Many of the things promised in the Proposal were denied later, one of the Example is Testing . When asked for it I never got a proper answer or just a reply that Testing is internal.
This eventually led to improper or no testing which resulted in many bugs making the product not acceptable for market (which is still incomplete)
7.Ambigous documentation created making it difficult to understand the scope resulting in the last moment emails from RVS pressurizing to remove some from the scope
8. The project which was started in July 2019 was supposed to have get ideally completed very early max by November or even if we consider maximum buffer time then by december(way before pandemic/lockdown started) but still around only 50 percent is only done till the last discussion in April 2020
9.This Delay over and over has eventually led to a reputational Damage with my clients also caused huge monetory losses and valuable time loss and also caused also other things like Emotional Trauma/Stress and causing sleepless nights.
Please note This is the only partial list of some example issues which I have highlighted just because you said its a fake review and that you welcome discussion and feedback.
All throughtout the project I was made to answer your baseless allegations at regular intervals(for reasons best known to you) although I had made my best to give my helping hand to the team.eg answering every email /questions to best level of my knowledge to the team and giving KT to the new team from the scratch which ideally should have been done by previous team)
I also very well understand that RV Solution has lot of power and money that they can afford a very big lawyer and suppress small client like me on writing honest reviews( as you mentioned filing a legal action against me for raising a complaint)
Please note, As there was no option left for me I had to resort to consumer forum as a result of complete frustation and trauma, also which I believe is a part of my Consumer Rights to show my dissatifaction againsts a service and the Freedom of Expression.
I have no intention whatsoever to malign anyones reputation but I have narrated my actual experience and expressing disapproval as all my repeated efforts to convey my issues was not taken well in right sense.
If you were really interested in discussion and resolving the client concerns you would not have made use of such language and project would have been completed very much earlier on time.
I was and will be always open to discussion provided it is not one sided and I will be happy to answer any question asked to me in this regard to the best of my knowledge.
