Rwa Sector 62 Noida — Threatening actions and misbehaviour

I am a resident of a society in Sector 62 Noida. Our RWA had put a notice about illegal encroachments in open spaces / corridors.

To which we acted on the notice and removed our plants from the corridor. Apart from that we just keep a hanger to dry our clothes and that also not in the corridor area which is required for movement.

However, our society RWA senior members (7-8 men) visited our home today[protected] and threatened my mother that if we do not remove the drying hanger they will take it away.

Our house is at the top floor which should be given access to the terrace to dry clothes, but the terrace has been locked for last 6 months without giving proper reason. To dry our clothes we were using the side area near our door which does not come in the way of movement of people.

I have specific complaints as follows

1. Threatening behavior towards my mother by 7-8 men. a serious offense for which I am thinking of lodging a complaint in the police station.

2. Unreasonable behavior to stop us from using the terrace for drying clothes.

3. Stopping us from using side area to dry clothes which does not come in the way.

Would request the concerned authorities to act on this soon.
