On Dt 9th April 2022 I visited SA service center, S.P. road for laptop LCD screen replacement and paid Rs 3200/- .The Shop Owner Shabaz Khan Informed me to perform the screen replacement at home by 6 Pm also mentioned the same and provided the acknowledgment service bill to me. Then onwards till today neither he replaced the screen nor refunded me the amount he has taken. And yesterday when I reached his shop he threatened me that he will not refund the amount and told me to get out of the shop. Kindly help me to guide the steps to take appropriate action against him and refund the amount he took. I also have the advance payment bill as well as the conversation recording. Shabaz Khan have taken my lenovo legion laptop for repair and charged me 9700/- for it.
After repair, they said not to open the laptop for 4 hours since the motherboard capacitors are hot. Since he wrote that there was a 2-year warranty, I have paid the money and taken the laptop home. When I tried to switch on the laptop, it was not working...
When I visited his shop for the refund, ... had requested two weeks to return the money. But now that it's almost 3 months... Still, he has not cleared the refund.
