⚠️ BEWARE OF S AGARWAL PACKERS & MOVERS (AGARWAL RELOCATION SERVICES) – MY TRUE HORROR STORY
I am writing this with a heavy heart and anger because I don’t want anyone else to suffer like we did.
A few weeks ago, we trusted S Agarwal Packers and Movers / Agarwal Relocation Services (GSTIN: 07GCZPS4618P2Z8) to shift our household items from Delhi to Bhubaneswar on 08/07/2025. Their proprietor, Sandeep (PAN: GCZPS4618P), S/o Gyani Ram and Rama Devi, claimed to be a reliable service provider.
Key Details of this Fraudster:

Our Painful Experience:
1. No Physical Office & Fake Promises: We later realized he has no genuine office setup, only this residential address, and he falsely assured us of online tracking, which doesn’t exist.
2. Extreme Delay: Our household items reached after 20 days instead of 7 days, causing mental stress beyond words.
3. Continuous Lies:
• First, he said the truck broke down.
• Then he claimed an accident happened, someone died, and the truck was seized.
4. Payment Fraud:
• We agreed on ₹85, 000 (all-inclusive), out of which ₹80, 000 was taken upfront.
Later, he sent a fake invoice with 18% GST, inflating the bill to ₹1, 02, 000.
5. Police Intervention: We were able to trace our goods only with police assistance.
6. Fake Insurance:
• He promised ₹1 lakh insurance via GoDigit, but the document he gave was fake.
• When we questioned him, he shamelessly said:
“Case kar lo mujhpe, mujhe koi farak nahi padta. Balance doge tabhi saman dunga, varna nahi.”
• We had to pay the remaining amount to recover our goods.
7. Damaged/Missing Items:
a) Scooty headlight glass broken, paint ruined.
b) Table top glass completely shattered.
c) Aluminum ladder missing.
d) Microwave glass and door broken.
e) Single bed corners and sides damaged.
f) Godrej almirah dented at 4-5 places, paint peeled off.
And many more
💔 This incident drained us mentally and financially. We were cheated and harassed, and I can’t bear the thought of others facing the same pain.

Please DO NOT trust S Agarwal Packers & Movers / Agarwal Relocation Services or this man, Sandeep. He is a fraud.
We were lucky to recover our goods with police help, but not everyone will be as lucky as us.
