I have bought lg refrigerator on 30th april from the ad posted in olx. The guy is using number [protected]. I was told fridge is 1.5 years old. But after getting fridge it was some 4-5 years old and various parts were missing. I was told missing parts will get next day and asked for full payment. So i paid full amount and now he is ignoring my messages and calls. And always keeping his phone switched off. He blocked my number also. I tried with other number and he picked call and told he will send his boy for repairing and missing parts.

I saw old messages also regarding complaint about the same company. We need to take action. Because this guy is making fool of everybody and is a fraud, wasted our precious money. And there is no way to verify whether they are genuine or fake in websites. Tell me some solution.?
