S Kalpana — Complaint regarding faulty electric meter

This has reference to the subject issue, I would like to bring to your kind attention that I have been a loyal customer of your electricity company for many more years. I have always made my payments in due time and never cheated on the electricity consumption so far.

Since January 2019 onwards, I had noticed that meter reading is keep on increasing for few months and decreasing for next few months for all the above mentioned three meters.

In this connection, I would like to inform that our electricity consumption remains same all these years, and I really do not understand why the meter keeps on jumping to sky high and coming back to pavilion again.
Therefore, I strongly feel that there must be some error in the electric meter. It might have become defective or faulty.

For your ready reference, I am attaching complete statement of meter reading from January 2019 to November 2020 which clearly declaring the meter as I stated above.

Also would like to inform that we have Red Sun Solar Power System which has been installed long back to control and to minimize the electricity but we really do not understand huge variation on the reading for the last two years.

Therefore, I would kindly request you to send your representative to check the correctness of the meters at our premises and rectify the fault as we have ABNORMALLY PUNISHED FOR NO VALID REASONS.

I shall be grateful to your good self if my complaint is addressed to at the earliest and solution is provided soon.
