S.murugan — Could not activate my FASTag

Sir,
i received my fastag on 2nd February 2021. After receiving my fastag i tried to activate it on airtel thanks app. I tried these steps to activate it-
1. opened my thanks app
2. tap on NETC FASTag icon

but after clicking on fastag icon i didn't find any activation option. it is still showing order shipped (screenshot pdf file attached) that's why i am not able to activate my fastag.
