I had purchased 2 geysers of 15 liter capacity in the month of July 2013 and the same comes with a 5 year guarantee. The same was fitted only towards mid-September 2013. In April 2014 both the geysers became non-functional with severe leakage problems. Prior to this, a couple of time, the geysers broke down but was attended to by their technicians. In April 2014 again the geysers broke down and the technicians got the same fixed. However they did mention both the pieces had some manufacturing defects. In spite of reminders to replace the units, the company has still not taken any steps.
One of the geyser has again started leaking and is posing a serious threat of short circuit. The company is not responding to my complaint. Please can you ask the company represented by Mr. Ashish Khorana (Sales And Marketing) ([protected]@sunhot.in) (+91-[protected]) to replace the units with reliable pieces at the earliest?
