non issue of refund as per order dt[protected] Rs 442950/ and modified on[protected] Rs
645880/ .Still not received.

1. Dcit Corp Circle 1 Coimbatore has informed us by letter dt[protected], that the refund
due as per CBDT order dt[protected] for asst year 2007-08 for Rs.645880/
stands unissued because of Bank Acct Validation FAILED as per data shared by
CPC ITR(vide DCIT CBE(copy enclosed)..
2.But the company is receiving ITRefund for the passt 10 years regularly even as late as on 11 March. 2021 we received a small refund of about Rs.14000/ to our SBI Salem acct.
On verification of NEW IT site for our company SBI Salem acct No.[protected]
stands validated. There is no mistake in the SBI acct in the IT site -old or New as alleged .
We have to come to a conclusion that the reply is to conceal the letharginess for several years
. and shift the blame on somebody...
3 .The CPC has not sent the Refund though directed by CBDT and DCIT CBE.
and CPC are not responding reminders byPCCIT Chennai Dcit Cbe .and his order is not obeyed.
We enquired at CPC BANGALORE Toll free number and it says that no refund is pending
in their records for AY 2007-08.
4. Kindly give priority for this Refund pending from 2008 as per order[protected]and
CBDT order dt 08-03-21 .
The pendency of ITRefund for more than 9 years goes against the policy of Hon'ble Finance Minister
