We had called for ac repair and called this number [protected] on 9th mar 2019 and 2 technicians (Technicians phone no [protected]) came at around 4:00 pm and they removed the mother board from the ac and they said they will check and provide the status of the mother board. At 8:00 pm they said motherboard is gone and new mother board would cost 9600 and i said i dont need i will check with other technician and asked to return the the motherboard.
He said he will return it on 11th mar and everyday i am following up with them and they are not receiving the call and if they receive they will tomorrow.

I tried calling the numbers that were provided however none of them were answered & few were out of service. This is a complete fraud & want to make everyone aware of this. Any help to get in touch & fix the issue with be appreciated.

I would give no rating, because they are fake company. They do no have a compaint number, they took the mother board of washing machine and I didn’t hear from them. Finally with much follow up ( atleast 30 call from different numbers ) the guy who visited took the call and game me manager sayed’s number. Which when you call is not syed but farhan or so. He gives a long explanation and a bill of 7k to spend to rectify it. I have withdrawn and want them to fix back the mother board as is, Iam now worried if they will fix the original one.kindly ask for a complaint number or trust a near by IFB point service station. I hope IFB takes note of this repeated complaint and saves the name of the brand.

I Think frauds like SS cooling soloution is very much happening and IFB is not interested to note it down. I seriously have a doubt on IFB customer care services. Even IFB appliance care is one such place were they repair your product and give warranty on changed part but never respond after the same part gets defective with in the warranty period.
