Respected Sir, I had booked a Air Ticket in Spice Jet Airlines website on 18.06.2022 for two passengers from Chennai to Port Blair.

Amount of transaction Rs. 17, 824/-.

Sir, this transaction debited two times due to some system error. Air line officials contact me to retrieve booking through Manage Booking.
When Contact with bank the officials told that to contact Airlines Customer care for refund of extra charged amount of Rs. 17, 824/-.

In this regard, I have registered a complaint through [protected]@spicejet.com on 18.06.2022 and again on 20.06.2022.

Therefore it is requested your goodself that, kindly arrange to refund my hard earned money at earliest please.
