S V Developers - Sabu T Varghese — maple greens phase 2

Sabu t varghese has developed a layout in the name of maple greens at chikkagubbi, bangalore. Many customers like us purchased the sites from him since 2005. His transaction are fraudulent and cheats his customers. The main road running in the layout is a 40 feet road. With out the knowledge of any of the site owners, he recently started encroaching in to the road and made it to a 25 feet road and started selling the encroached road as sites to new customers. There are many cases pending against him in the police stations of chikkagubbi, doddagubbi and hennur police stations.in the past all cases fought by site owners were won by them and the site owners have decided to this cases also together.
We want to warn his new customers about his intentions and dont get cheated by buying the part of a declared road.

Maple greens phase 2 please do not buy. It's been 15 yrs we have bought this and still no procession. Then Nanjegowda the land owner and now Sabu T Varghese the developer. Still court cases are pending. So advise any buyers looking in maple greens phase 2 please stay away.

There is not a single layout that he has developed in which he hasn’t created issues for the legitimate owners. Any newbie buyers BEWARE of buying any property from him. He is a crook and a cheat by birth.

Many people bought from him. Many problems in his layout. Convinced his church members mostly to buy. Now they are left in a lurch . Sells same site to multiple people

One of my friends purchased site from him, even today he is running a case. Please dare to purchase anything from this developer. Waste of your money and energy in running to courts.

Sabu Varghese and his goonda Jijo - beware of these 2. The Police station in Kothanur works for him. People who are suffering because of him please approach the association formed in Maple Meadows. They are trying to address the issue created by these worthless living beings. New buyers please beware - Sabu is one who is capable of selling his parents, wife and kid too - so dont get brainwashed by what he and Jijo say. These 2 are a shame on humanity !
