S V Traders — After payment of 2399 Seller is not reachable

Hi Team,
I stay in kalyan, maharashtra,
Merchant SV Traders registered with the UPI ID- [protected]@barodampay from PUNE, promised me to provide the preferred mobile number and for that Mr Junaid Siddiqui - ([protected]) asked me to pay Rs 2000 and Rs 399 (For the first recharge.) and make and payment on the above UPI id.
Accordingly I did transfer or Rs 2000 ( UPI transaction ID [protected] ) and Rs 399 ( UPI transaction ID [protected] ) to the above merchant UPI ID- [protected]@barodampay on March 20th, 2024.

one day after I made the above transactions the sim card seller from Pune Mr.Junaid Siddiqui - ([protected]) stopped receiving my calls and messages from March 21, 2023. request you to Refund me my money of Rs 2399 as the seller is not reachable for me he blocked my numbers now.. pleas take necessary action on this seller he is a fraudster and takes advantage of the buyers from outstation away from pune.
