I would like to bring this to the notice of all concerned that I visited Garden Galleria mall yesterday on 17th of Jun 2022, evening around 2000 Hrs. On entering we noticed the place to be fully crowded and hardly had any proper parking space available. Cars were being asked to park at a ground adjacent to the mall with no infrastructure at all. On seeing this I decided to not park my car and get out of this place. On returning to the gate at around 2008 Hrs. (just around 6 minutes from the time I entered the mall parking gate) I was asked to pay INR 70 as parking charges. Please note I had to pay these charges for not parking my car at their parking. I am requesting for a refund of these charges and ensure such malpractices by parking management companies be punished. These companies are charging hefty INR 70 for the parking space that they do not have and even if one doesn’t park their cars. Was this information helpful? |
