Saathipoint. Com — This is a cheat and fraud company

I saw an ad in TIMES OF INDIA on sunday in the matrimonial column. It did not mention the matrimonial bureau saathipoint name. It was made to look like the parents of the groom have posted it. I called the number mentioned in the ad and a lady Neha answers the phone and I am shocked to know that this is a marriage bureau and not direct groom family. Then Neha sends me 10 profiles and I choose one. They insist I pay registration before they give me details and phone number of the boy. I am feeling a bit unsure but still go ahead and pay. After payment Neha refuses to share the contact number and says that the groom family will contact us ! Also I am shocked to know that the ad says the boy is in Hyderabad but on enquiry Neha says he is in U.S . This is cheating . There was no such boy. !!! After I screamed and shouted to return my money, she stopped taking my calls. Then I called from another number and the same Neha picks up the phone( I recognised the voice) but pretends to be Monica and on my insistence asks me to wait till Neha comes on the phone. Then suddenly this monica becomes Neha and talks to me and said she will return half the amount. Shocking. There is obviously no office or any more staff… this fraudster is working alone to cheat people. On numerous calls and threats she did return my money . Pl beware of this site and I want to save other people being cheated by saathipoint. Com. I also request the consumer forum to pl take action against this fraud company.
