I want to register a complaint against SaathiPoint company which is in raipur Chhattisgarh. Its matrimony portal. By mistake my parents call them with the assumption that they are calling to any girl's parent but my prents heard the voice it was from a saathipoint company. My parents refused to talk them but they guys were keep on calling day to day and aasking to take the membership.My paresnt fianlly said ok we will take the membership but show some profiles. Intially before taking the money they showed 10 to 15 profiles and my parents(and I) asked with the concern person "Did you talk with the girl's parents??" they were keep on telling yes yes we have talked and after discussion we are showing these profiles with you.
But after giving the money when we asked the contact details of all the profiles which they shared they replied saying that now all members are not intersted we cant share thier contact details.I was shoked.
I am requesting Consumer Complaints team to do some action against these kind of fraud guys so that they will not do such things with the person who is really in need. Was this information helpful? |
