The driver and service was terribly bad. They overcharged for driving us within the 80 km limit. They asked us to pay extra to go on roads that have a slight incline. We drove much less. The driver was rude and wasted more than an hour during the trip stopping the car to discuss call rates. We agreed upon a certain amount and then he started arguing again after reaching the hotel and harassed us.
Also, the driver had no knowledge of any tourist sites or restaurants. He could not speak in Hindi or English. If you are providing a service, at least get decent drivers. Was this information helpful? |
