Respected Sir/Madam,
On 15th June, 2018 I have reached your service center to repair my laptop. I had a display problem so i contacted your services at chennai and your service engineer said need of changing the LCD screen so i gave it to them and 20th june 2018 i got a call from your service to get the laptop back and 2nd july 2018 i went and saw my laptop display was replaced with the damaged one instead of replacing a good LCD screen, they fixed a damaged one and i asked your engineer he is saying this kind of display only arriving to regeneris. i thought of your regeneris services are one of the best services among india but you have provided me a worst services.Please note the below thing.
1.Replaced a damaged LCD screen and displaying a yellowing gradient.
2.Fan is not properly fixed.
3.Display panel is not properly fixed.
For your reference i have attached the imagesand material receipt .
If you not taking necessary actions then i have the rights to take legal action on your service centre.
