Sabarmati Gas Ltd., Gujarat — NEW CONNECTION NOT GIVEN SINCE ONE YEAR

I booked a PNG connection through our Builder for providing a new piped gas connection one year back but it is yet to be connected. The Application no. 130053 was submitted to "SABARMATI GAS Ltd." Mehsana on 26/05/14. An amount of Rs. 5, 666/- was paid by the Builder vide receipt no. 541 dated 26/05/14 to "SABARMATI GAS Ltd." The Company has collected similar amounts from 34 apartments in my block one year back. Till now the connections have not been given to the residents. What does this amount to?
