Sabbuy.com — Full amount paid but product not received

I purchased Coolpad Note 5 on 10.12.16 & paid 10399 through PayTm wallet to Sabbuy.com for which I received order Id as 16010 & confirmation of receipt of payment but yet I haven't received the delivery of coolpad note5. I tried to contact company TollFree no. [protected] but it is dead. I tried to contact company registered address at Hyderabad but it is fake. Surprisingly the website of company still booking new orders & accepting payment. I checked with PayTm & they confirmed that the payment has been passed. Is any Law & Order in India?

I have booked Coolpad note 5 mobile and My order no 17206 and date 14 dec16 from sabbuy.com and also paid 10999rs via Paytm wallet.then I am checked my order history section of sabbuy, I am shocked order history is empty and sown Not made previous order.pls help me I am recently found company is totally fake.pls cancel my order and refund money.
