I made an online payment of ₹3000 on 4th May 2025 to an EdTech company name
Sabhipadhopadhao through the Cashfree Payments gateway for online tuition services. The company failed to provide the promised services and is now unresponsive. I also contacted Cashfree support multiple times, including their nodal officer, but received no response or refund. This is a clear case of online service fraud and negligence. I request immediate intervention and refund of the amount paid.
