[Resolved]  Saboo Rks R.k.s.motor Pvt Ltd. Kukatpally, Hyderabad — A con exercise under the guise of "Month End Mega PMS Carnival"

With reference to their Invoice No.7/BC/23010333 dated 31.01.2024 for ₹ 5766.00 under JC No.JC23010659 of R.K.S. Motor Pvt Ltd, I submit that I have been using Maruti Vehicles since the year 2000. Started with Maruti Omni 8 seater when I was working In erstwhile Bihar (now Jharkhand) followed by Wagon R Premia model and further followed by the present WAGON R. I always received best Service across Bihar, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana except the present one. Last year same R.K.S. Service at Kompally gave excellent service and that time many small and sundry parts were replaced and so the bill was the highest but reasonable.
Whereas, now it seems to be a con exercise by the R.K.S. Service Centre at Kukatpally. Being self-assured that car owners don't reason out, the R.K.S. Maruti-Suzuki Service Centre at Kukatpalli, Hyderabad lured car owners by offering sops and charged them unduly leaving alone fulfilling their offers of giving 5 litre petrol, 30% Discount etc.
Under the lure of exclusive "Month End Mega PMS Carnival" R.K.S. Service shown benefits of (1) 5 litre petrol, (2) 30% Discount on Paid Service Labour, (3) Free wheel alignment, (4) Free Wax Polish, (5) Free Washing Coupon valid for 3 months etc., but neither they gave petrol nor Free washing Coupon. Added to that inexplicable accounting of repairs and services as different documents such as the Invoice, Mechanical Estimate Sheet, what were whatsApped me and what was uploaded in the Maruti Suzuki App show different facts unmatchable with each other.
When special offers are given by any company… there is a way to show the benefits offered. The act of giving sops is not illegitimate. However hiding things and managing accounts to loot customer is not in good taste… more so for Maruti Suzuki like premier company.
So, as a long time Maruti Suzuki patron, I request the concerned to review all the docs... Invoice given to me, different rough estimates provided twice over WhatsApp and what was uploaded on the app and to refund the amount.
