Sachdeva Dignostics C R Park New Delhi — Insubordination and time mismanagement despite bookings

Today i.e. 24th Sep 2025 we booked an appointment in advance for ultrasound of my wife but on reaching at center they say u are delayed by 10 minutes and now will take up after 2 hours . they want me to wait unnecessarily and wait for hours. Is this justified . When i request to delay for 30 minutes and then take up they denies and dr sachdeva himself started arguing with me for this reason . They are taking every body's time for granted there . We need compensation for the delay and insubordination and loss of energy and time of mine as well as lesson for everybody to make a system for patients in place in future .
