On 19.07.2025, I placed an order to Sachin Furniture, located at Indira Gandhi Chowk, Kath Gola, Chutia, Ranchi–834001 (Jharkhand) for the manufacture and supply of the following items:
• One computer table of size 30" x 30" x 24"
• Four small dining tables of size 20" x 15" x 10"
The carpenter accepted the order and assured us timely delivery. However, despite repeated follow-ups and the lapse of a reasonable period, the furniture has not been supplied. The delay has caused inconvenience and disruption.
I have made several attempts to contact the carpenter, but no satisfactory response or delivery commitment has been provided. This amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
I kindly request your authority to take appropriate action against the party concerned and direct them to either supply the ordered furniture immediately or refund my advance amount of ₹ 13000/- paid to him through PhonePe on 19th July 2025 (₹10000) and on 4th August 2025 (₹3000) .
