I have got an e mail from your end that the mobile model noMOTO G 2nd generation is available on your website for Rs 6000/-, Idecided to buy the handset logged into your website, the mobile wasshowing to be selling at Rs 6000/-, however when proceeded further to log into place the order, the price started showing as Rs 12999/-
After that I spoke to your Mr. Ram Kishan & he has givenme this mail ID to write this mail, I have the following questions to which asan enlightened consumer I think I do need a suitable & fitting reply :
a) Why is there a disperancy in the offer priceshown, & the actual price ?
b) Is this one more gimmick to increase the visitson your website ?
c) Are you not cheating customers by having suchgimmicks ?
d) Why should I not go to the consumer court ortake any legal course for the time & efforts I have wasted on yourwebsite ?
I am a regular & loyal customer of Flipkart & am sadto see Flipkart to stoop so low & employ such dirty, cheap & unethicaltricks to entice consumer, I think it is high time I should move to some otherwebsite such as Amazon or Snap deal which at least walk the talk instead ofpromising false promises. Nothing more to say …………………………………….
