I purchased a trolley bag, on Flipkart, it was sold by Tech-Connect Retail Private Limited, with an invoice dated[protected]. Safari Mimik Expandable Cabin Luggage-22 Inches is the name of the product. A 5-Year International Warranty tag was included with the product. One wheel of the suitcase was damaged during a trip in August. I emailed SAFARI INDUSTRIES (INDIA) LIMITED to learn how to claim the warranty. Regrettably, their responses take far too long to arrive. They have not resolved my issue after more than a month. I provided them with all of the information they requested. However, their inaction is preventing me from receiving my warranty claim. They last communicated with me on September 10, 2022, which elicited the following responses:
"Hello, Shobhit.
Thank you for providing the information.
We have forwarded your complaint to the concerned team and will get back to you with a resolution in 2 working days."
