Dear sir
Bought safari company bag on 26/07/2019. The total cost of the bag is 3946.26. The bag had a 5-year international warranty from the company. Bag wheel was damaged on 26/07/2019. For which i mail for warranty claim on 31/08/2019. Mail again 25/09/2019. Then i 10-15 times phone calls to the company's helpline no for the warranty claim. Then the company got a mail on 05/03/2020 that damage is not covered under warnty claim. Please help me. Thanks & regards
