Dear Sir / Madam
We are engaged in business of export of readymade garments and need to renew our IEC code at DGFT portal. When we are trying to renew the IEC we are getting below error:
"NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India) is not receiving the PAN DATA from the Bank"
Our bank is saying everything is ok from their end and we should contact NPCI.
Can you please help ?
Our bank is KARNATAKA BANK LTD., Sector 18 Noida branch
